We take every care to ensure your items are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damage happens We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 24 Hours of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been visibly used.
 
If your item/s arrive damaged you may return it/them unused  for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
